Day 1 - 7: Please see 7 Night Nile Cruise Itinerary
Day 8: Disembarkation is three hours before your flight is due to depart for Cairo. This gives you time to check out and make your way back to Luxor airport. Should you have an evening flight, breakfast and lunch is provided. Your transfer will be with your ships representative. An hour flight, will take you to the historical capital of Egypt, Cairo. At Cairo airport you will be greeted by our representatives in Egypt and transferred to your hotel in Cairo.
We use a variety of hotels in Cairo, mainly within the Giza area. The most popular are listed on the website. However if there is a hotel that you would like to stay in that is not featured, just let us know. Your representative from NTS will aid you with checking in.
Day 9: Hectic in nature, Cairo, a bustling city boasts the Egyptian museum, Sphinx and one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, the great Pyramids of Giza. 2 nights at a fantastic hotel, based at the foot of the Pyramids is just enough time to absorb the wonders of Cairo, then back to Luxor for the remainder of your stay. We do offer a full day privately guided tour in Cairo, visiting the main attractions. Please inform us at the time of booking or even up to a week before your departure date, should you wish to book.
Day 10: You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Cairo airport, approximately 3 hours before your flight back to Luxor. They also check that your flight is on time for you. At Luxor airport you will be greeted by our representatives and transferred to your hotel in Luxor. Again, the most popular are listed on the website. However if there is a hotel that you would like to stay in that is not featured, just let us know. Our representatives will aid you with checking in.
Day 11 to 15: Spend the remainder of your stay, at your own leisure. Indulge in the facilities of your hotel, take time to enjoy the pool and sun. Most of all make the most of this magical city, take time to explore its hidden depths, peruse the museums, and haggle in the bazaars. Steeped in history Luxor is an ideal location to relax and submerge yourself in an ancient past.
Day 15: You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Luxor airport, approximately 3 hours before your flight home. They also check that your flight is on time for you.
